I've compiled all of my notes from my last like 6 cycles of PT and various injuries, subdivided them into some main injury locations, and laid each of them out in calendar form. So instead of being paralyzed by too many choices at 6a, I now have a plan. And I have to cycle though all of them regularly, with the benefit of regular muscle confusion, and can't just cherry-pick my favorite exercises.
If this miraculously works for the next few weeks, and I have no more random knee/foot/shoulder pain, I'll be going into the coaching/training business shortly. Or maybe just PT school.

Also, I haven't filled out the 'currently reading' section here in a long time. Must fix that.
